Charming stay with amazing service
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the cozy vibe of this family-run place. The breakfast was fab – I mean, who doesn't love a proper Scottish breakfast? The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything, from bus info to local tips. Only thing is, the room could’ve used a little more soundproofing, but honestly, it’s a minor thing.

Charming, cozy place with great service
Had such a nice stay! David was super helpful from the get-go, guiding us with bus directions and giving us tips on local spots. Our room was comfy with tea and coffee. A lovely touch for our anniversary—a card and chocolates waiting! Only thing was the shower could be tricky for people with mobility issues.

The breakfast was a feast, especially the hearty Scottish Highland option that was simply delicious! The location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh with plenty of charm nearby.
My children wished for a cozier play area for indoor activities while we relaxed.

Had such a lovely time! The breakfast was superb with fresh ingredients, and I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area. Just a tiny downside was that the shower could've used a good clean, but it didn’t take away from the great experience overall. 😊
